WHAT IS CROSS CAMP?

Cross Camp is our yearly, week-long summer camp at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat Center. We gather with 5 different churches (Glenloch, Tyus, Pleasant View, Christ the King, and Highview) from the West Georgia area for a week of exalting the Savior and enjoying Christian community. From Monday morning to Friday afternoon, students will engage in large group worship, small group discussion, private devotional/reflection time, team competition, free time to hang with friends, and of course... the beach! Cross Camp has been a time where we've seen the Lord work in students' lives in powerful ways, from salvation to deeper discipleship.

Students will be placed into rooms and teams upon arriving at camp. The rooms will be based on age and gender. Teams will consist of students from each church, and the teams will battle throughout the week to determine who can win Camp Champ & hoist the golden flamingo.

WHAT TO BRING?

Student Packing List:

Bible & Pen (a notebook is given at the event)
Clothes (Monday-Friday)
- Swimsuits (tankini or one piece)
- Guys & Ladies should dress modestly
- Extra clothes for games/free time (Bring your team color)
- Clothes for night services (Nothing fancy, but don't walk in like you just came off the basketball court or out of the swimming pool/beach)
- Sneakers & Sandals/Flip Flops
- Clothes for Late Night Themes & Team Color
Sleeping Bag or Twin Sheets & Pillow
Personal Items
- Deodorant, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Soap/Shampoo, etc.
- Sunscreen
Towel & Washcloth
- 2 Towels (1 for bathing, 1 for swimming)
